
EMPR was founded by Echo Marshall. Echo has a passion for telling unique stories to connect target audiences with brands and messages to strengthen relationships and gain positive support between individuals, groups and organizations through the use of dynamic presentations, digital marketing strategy and strategic business partnerships.
Echo is a member of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes in Fort Hall, Idaho. She has a deep rooted passion for growing tribal businesses and building relationships with surrounding communities, businesses and organizations. Her 20+ year career began in the casino industry and later expanded into hospitality, tourism and strategic relationship development. She played a key role in the marketing and public relations efforts for expansion projects for her Tribes Gaming Operation including the grand opening of the Tribes Hotel in 2012 and new casino expansion in 2019.


She has over 10 years of local chamber of commerce board experience and involvement. She was the first and only Shoshone-Bannock Tribal Member to serve in the capacity of the Blackfoot Chamber of Commerce President. She was previously a Public Information for the Tribe when she assisted in local emergency management response incidents. In addition, she serves on economic development boards and committees that focus on the tourism and hospitality industry.
She is eager to share her past experiences and industry insights and has been a featured presenter at the Marketing Masters Summit, RizeCon and several other chamber and rotary events. She received the Idaho State Journal’s Business Professional of the Year Award in 2014 in the Hospitality & Tourism Industry and was also a competitor in Bingham’s Dancing with the Stars in 2018. She is willing to participate and contribute to a wide array of unique opportunities. While there are many projects that she tackles on her own, she partners with several other talented PR and marketing professionals to fulfill the needs of her clients. She values the talents and expertise of other indigenous business professionals to collaborate in an effort to fulfill her clients needs with the highest level of quality in mind.
